You also understand that submitting your information may result in your data being shared with one or more independent third-party contractors for the purpose of fulfilling your request.

 

1. OUR SERVICES

  • Sure Level Concrete is a lead generation and referral service.
  • We connect homeowners and property owners with independent concrete contractors and service providers for services such as:
  • Concrete lifting and leveling
  • Mudjacking / foam jacking
  • Foundation repair and stabilization
  • Void filling and concrete repair
  • We do not perform construction or repair work ourselves, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
  • We are not a contractor, construction company, or licensed service provider.
  • We do not guarantee that any contractor or service provider will respond to your inquiry or accept your request.
  • All contractors operate independently and are solely responsible for their own communications, pricing, and service offerings.

Sure Level Concrete operates remotely and does not maintain a physical office location.

 

3. ELIGIBILITY

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services.

  • By submitting your information, you acknowledge and agree that:
  • Your information may be shared with independent contractors and service providers
  • These contractors are independent third parties and not employees, agents, or representatives of Sure Level Concrete
  • Contractors may contact you by phone, text, or email regarding your request
  • We may receive compensation when your information is shared or matched with independent contractors and service providers as part of our lead generation business model.
  • Sharing your information with independent contractors may constitute a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information under applicable privacy laws.
  • Contractors may use your information only for the purpose of responding to your service request.

 

 

 

6. NO GUARANTEE OF SERVICE PROVIDERS

  • You are responsible for evaluating and selecting any contractor you choose to work with.
  • Any agreement or work performed is strictly between you and the independent contractor.
  • Sure Level Concrete does not guarantee the quality, licensing, insurance, pricing, availability, or performance of any independent contractor or service provider.

 

 

7. USER RESPONSIBILITY

  • You are responsible for ensuring your information is accurate.
  • You agree not to submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
  • You understand that contractor communication is outside our control.
  • We reserve the right to disregard or block submissions that appear false, fraudulent, or incomplete.

 

8. PROHIBITED USES

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for illegal purposes
  • Misrepresent your identity or property information
  • Attempt to disrupt or interfere with the Services
  • Submit spam or fraudulent leads

 

9. THIRD-PARTY CONTRACTORS

  • Contractors are independent third parties
  • We are not responsible for:
  • Their actions
  • Their work quality
  • Any disputes, damages, or losses
  • Any agreements you enter with them
  • We do not control and are not responsible for contractor pricing, communication, scheduling, or performance.
  • We are not a party to any agreement formed between you and any contractor.

 

10. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS

By submitting your information, you expressly consent to receive communications from Sure Level Concrete and, where applicable, our independent contractor partners, including phone calls (possibly using autodialed or prerecorded technology), emails, and SMS/text messages related to your concrete service request. Message and data rates may apply.

Contractors may independently contact you in response to your request. We are not responsible for the timing, content, or nature of any communications sent by independent contractors.

You may opt out of SMS messages from Sure Level Concrete by replying STOP.

 

 

11. SMS COMMUNICATIONS

 

SMS communications are used to respond to service inquiries and related follow-ups.

You may receive SMS messages regarding your inquiry. Message frequency may vary. Standard message and data rates may apply.

SMS messages may be sent by Sure Level Concrete or by independent contractors responding to your service request. We are not responsible for the timing, content, or delivery of messages sent by independent contractors.

Opt-Out From Sure Level Concrete SMS Messages:
Reply “STOP” to unsubscribe from SMS messages sent by Sure Level Concrete.
Reply “HELP” for assistance.

 

12. PRIVACY POLICY

  • Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy available at surelevelconcrete.com/privacy.

13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SURE LEVEL CONCRETE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO:

  • Any contractor’s actions, work quality, or performance
  • Any disputes, damages, or financial losses
  • Delays or failures by service providers

We are not liable for any acts, omissions, or failures of independent contractors or service providers. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any). This limitation applies even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

 

 

14. DISCLAIMER

  • Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
  • We make no warranties or representations regarding the availability, reliability, pricing, quality, or outcomes of services provided by independent contractors or service providers.

 

 

15. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to hold harmless Sure Level Concrete from any claims, damages, or disputes arising from:

  • Your use of the Services
  • Your interactions with contractors
  • Your submitted information

This includes any disputes arising from services provided by independent contractors or service providers.

 

16. MODIFICATIONS

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services means you accept any updates.

 

17. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

 

18. WAIVER
